| How to order with Blue Lemon ? | Placing Your First Order Placing an order at Blue Lemon is easy. There's no need to create an account at first. The steps to create an account will appear automatically once you start placing your first order online. Finding Products You can find items either by using the keyword search box located on nearly every page of our store or by browsing lists and more detailed product-specific searches in the left side navigation bar of each department. Our Home Page also allows you to browse the entire store as quickly accessing specific product categories available within each product category. When you find an item that interests you, click the title, name or picture of the item to see its product information page. Add Items to your Shopping Bag If you want to purchase a product, click the "Add to Bag" button located below the product information page. Use the "Continue shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your shopping bag contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Bag at any time by clicking the Shopping Bag icon at the top right of every page of our store. Keep in mind that your Shopping Bag isn't permanent. If you put things in your bag and leave the site, your bag will be emptied and the items will be put back on the shelves within the following 30 days. Checking Out Before checking out, take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Bag. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, click the "remove" link next to the title. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the Shopping Bag, select your Shipping Destination and Shipping Method. Blue Lemon also provides FREE Shipping promotions which will display "zero" as shipping cost in case your order meets the requirements. Then click on the "Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form. Sign In Enter your e-mail address, indicate that you are a new customer, and click the "Sign in" button. (Keep in mind that the e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address to which we can send information about subsequent orders.) Do not fill in the password field. You will be asked to provide a password for your account later in the process. Provide a Shipping and Billing Address Tell us where you would like to ship your order. Please keep in mind you already specified the Country destination from within your shopping bag so, the shipping address provided must refer to the country you previously selected. Changing your country of shipment will also affect your shipping charges. If different from your shipping address, also provide your billing address. Billing address is the exact address that appears on the credit card statement for the card you are using to purchase. If you are not using a credit card, this address will allow us to contact you if there are any problems with your order. Provide a Password and a Method of Payment First choose your method of payment. We accept Paypal, Visa and Wire Transfers. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes. Then associate a password with your account so that when you come back to Blue Lemon in the future, you can use the same shipping address and method of payment you provided during this first order. Make sure you write your password down somewhere so that you remember it the next time you place an order. Review Your Order then Submit Give a final review to your order before submitting and check the accuracy of all the information you provided. You can make any adjustment if necessary. When you are ready, click the Submit Order button and wait a few seconds for the order confirmation page. Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. An additional e-mail message at the time of shipment. |
| When is my credit card billed? | Blue Lemon will charge your credit card once the items are located in stock and the billing information as well as the receiving address are verified. You will not be charged for any item until it is ready to ship out.. |
| How can I cancel my order? | You can edit or cancel your order via your account interface (My Account) as far as Blue Lemon has not yet started the processing phase -- this is specified by your order status within your Blue Lemon account. If the order processing has started already and you request to cancel your order or items on your order, Blue Lemon will attempt to cancel these items. Blue Lemon cannot guarantee the order will be cancelled as this depends on the processing status and, if the order has been shipped, shipping charges will not be refunded. See how to contact us . | Is it safe to use my credit card on Blue-Lemon.fr | Yes, shopping at Blue Lemon is safe. This means your credit card number is scrambled during the transaction process and, unlike in a traditional store, no human ever comes into contact with your credit card number during the approval process. |
| Where's my order? | If you wish to know the status of your order before it's shipped please visit your Blue Lemon account (My Account). To track your UPS DHL.. shipment, simply go to the UPS/ DHL web-site tracking form ( www.ups.com ) and type in your UPS tracking number provided by our operator in the shipping confirmation email. Please note, orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours from receipt - within 48 hours on weekends - unless differently specified in your product status information. |

| How much does shipping cost? | Shipping cost varies on Country destination. There are no hidden handling fees, we charge only what it costs to deliver your products to your door. | How long does it take to receive my order? | Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 24 hours from receipt - within 48 hours on weekends - unless differently specified in your product status information at the time of your order. Delivery time from shipping varies based on Country.Delivery time from shipping for any other country can be easily verified give a quick view to our main destinations delivery time. |
| Do I have to pay for Taxes and Customs Duties? | If you are look version of Blue-lemon.fr, prices include the French VAT at 19,6% (value added tax). At the validation of your order, if you choose a delivery place outside the European Community, then your cart will be validated without taxes. Payment of customs fees will be borne by the recipient of the package and the amount of such fees will be determined directly by legislation applicable in the Country to which the Products will be sent. Blue Lemon does not know how much these customs fees may be and (DHL , UPS..) will inform you of them as soon as the package reaches its final destination. If the customs fees are not paid and the goods are refused, all customs fees and transportation costs will be deducted from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be reimbursed. N.B.: We will not be held responsible for damages that may arise due to delays in delivery of the goods not directly attributed to us. |
| Can I pick my products up from you showroom? | You can pick your products up after confirming an appointment directly from our showroom in Paris (Address: 70 Rue Claude Bernard, 75005, Paris, France, metro Censier Daubenton) In this way you will have no shipping fees. We have no stock directly available in the showroom so if you are hestitating between two references you can place them in your shopping bag. When you come to our showroom you will be able to choose the reference of your choice. All product pick ups need an appointment. Upon you order on our site you can input the time and date at which you desire to pick up your products using the online form. We will then send you a confirmation mail. Please do not come to the showroom before the confirmation mail is sent to you. You should count at least one working day before your order can be ready for pick up. |

| What are you warranty conditions? | Return Policy & Instructions All merchandise sold by Blue Lemon come from some of the finest French designers and are guaranteed to be genuine, in new condition and inspected by a quality control. All products offered by Bue Lemon.fr are protected by a 10 Day Full Satisfaction Policy which guarantees a full refund or product exchange if in unused conditions. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 10 days of delivery for a: ?Money Refund: full amount paid, minus the shipping, gift wrapping or other charges, will be refunded to your Credit Card, Paypal or Bank Account. (see details below) ?Product Exchange Refund Details: Shipping Costs : Non refundable Items On-Sale : Amount paid refunded (discounted price) Items at 50% Off or more : Non refundable Coupons & Promotions : Partial product value refunded (value after deduction) The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. Certain individual products are ineligible for return, as noted on the website pages displaying those products. Items offered at 50% off or more the original price are final sales. Free Gifts with purchase Free Gifts with purchase must be returned together with your purchase to be eligible for a refund. Or, you can choose to return the purchase for an exchange or store credit and still keep the Free Gift. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service immediately (within 48 hours from delivery ). Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number. Blue Lemon will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact our Customer Service immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact Customer Service. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or a store credit, at your option. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price (shipping excluded) will be credited when Blue Lemon has received and processed your return. Typically, within 7-10 business days after the item is delivered back to Blue Lemon. Return Instructions Simply follow the steps below to return your order: Please note, Forzieri cannot guarantee return credit for orders that are returned without proper Forzieri authorization. Return Authorization must be obtained by exactly following the steps below. Make sure you have read our Return Policy above: Contact us by e-mail (contact@blue-lemon.fr) within 7 days after reception of the products Blue Lemon will email you a Return Authorization Number and Instructions within four to six business days. Follow the returning instructions contained in the email and ship the item back to the address listed within the same email. (Repack the product in its original packaging materials, including warranties. Do not include any other markings or text on the package except what is specified in our email instructions.R eturn freight charges must be covered by the customer. In case of product exchange, Blue Lemon will cover the cost to re-ship the new item back to the customer. |
| I saw a product which says "Sold Out", will you be getting it in again? | The Blue Lemon offer is updated on a daily basis. Should an item become out of stock, it will be temporarily indicated as "Sold Out". In such case please ask our staff if backordering option is available since, depending from the collection, that might be no longer produced and permanently removed from our site or, if different, re-stocked anytime. |
| What is your policy in terms of returns ? | As indicated by the Legislative Decree n. 185 dated 22/05/1999, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the Products in a very simple way: all you have to do is to pack them and send an e-mail to: customercare@blue-lemon.fr. If the product shows signs of production faults, return costs will be borne entirely by Blue Lemon. We must remind you that you must request the return procedure within and no later than 10 days from receipt of the goods. |
